Answers Criminal, Criminal Traffic, Petty Offense
If your arraignment is at 8:30 a.m. you must appear in court.
If your arraignment is at 10:30 a.m. you MUST appear unless:
You have paid your ticket or
Completed Defensive Driving School
If your arraignment is at 3:30 p.m. you must appear in court with a parent or guardian. There are no exceptions to this policy.
