The Town of Chino Valley was incorporated in 1970 and has a Council-Manager form of government.

Located 16 miles north of Prescott on State Route 89, Chino Valley is at 4,720 feet elevation and has a population of 9,000+.

The area within the town limits is approximately 62.42 square miles.


COUNCIL MEETINGS

The Mayor will hold an open invitation to the public to hear comments, input, and suggestions regarding the Town of Chino Valley on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Chino Valley Council Chambers.

Regular Council Meetings are held on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers – South Campus - 202 N. State Route 89, Chino Valley, AZ
