OBTAINING JOB APPLICATIONS
Applications will be accepted only during the posted recruitment period. Applications are available one of three ways:
  • In Person... Pick up an application at the Town of Chino Valley Human Resources Department, 1020 West Palomino Road from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday (Closed Fridays and Town holidays).
  • By U.S. Mail... To request an application by mail, call (928) 636-2646 or e-mail us. E-mail request for applications must include the job title, as it appears in current job listings, and your mailing address.
  • Click Here to download an application in PDF Format. You may fill this application out on-line. After filling out on-line, print, sign and follow the instructions below.

  • RETURNING COMPLETED APPLICATIONS
    Unless otherwise instructed completed and signed applications with a resume must be returned by 5:00 p.m. on the closing date listed on the job announcement. Completed applications and resumes can be returned by one of four ways:
  • In Person...Applications can be returned to the Town of Chino Valley Human Resources Department, 1020 West Palomino Road from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday (Closed Fridays and Town holidays).
  • By U.S. Mail...Applications can be mailed back to: Town of Chino Valley, Human Resources Department, 1020 West Palomino Road, Chino Valley, AZ, 86323. If mailed applications must be received in the Human Resources Department by 5:00 p.m. on the closing date listed on the job announcement.
  • By Fax...Applications can be faxed to the Human Resources Department at (928) 636-2144. The fax must be signed and received by 5:00 p.m., Arizona time, on the closing date listed on the job announcement. The original application must then be mailed to the Human Resources Department within three days.
  • By e-mail...Applications must be scanned with a resume then e-mailed to the Human Resources Department and received by 5:00 p.m. Arizona time, on the closing date listed on the job announcement. The original application and resume must then be mailed to the Human Resources Department within three days.
