COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT SURVEY

Attention citizens who live in Chino Meadows on Railroad Avenue, Sunset Avenue, Lazy Loop, Lobo Lane,a portion of Cottonwood Lane and Center Street.
You will receive a survey for an asphalt paving project grant.
Please help! In order for the information from this survey to be valid, we must have everyone respond.
Please answer the survey form and return by OCTOBER 22, 2014.

TOWN OF CHINO VALLEY
AWARDED $275,000 FOR HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM
Town staff was notified by the Arizona Department of Housing that the application they submitted for the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program has received a full award of $275,000 to assist needy homeowners with home repairs.
The purpose of the program is to assist low to moderate income homeowners maintain their homes in a safe and sanitary manner, and assist with repairs that they are not physically or financially able to perform. To qualify, applicants must own their own home, meet income requirements, and not have been in arrears in their mortgage for the six months prior to award, among other things.

The Town of Chino Valley is seeking applications to fill positions on several of its Council-appointed boards and committees. All applicants must be willing to serve on a volunteer basis and must reside within the Chino Valley Town limits, with some exceptions.
