TOWN OF CHINO VALLEY
Town staff was notified by the Arizona Department of Housing that the application they submitted for the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program has received a full award of $275,000 to assist needy homeowners with home repairs.
AWARDED $275,000 FOR HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM
The purpose of the program is to assist low to moderate income homeowners maintain their homes in a safe and sanitary manner, and assist with repairs that they are not physically or financially able to perform. To qualify, applicants must own their own home, meet income requirements, and not have been in arrears in their mortgage for the six months prior to award, among other things.

COMMISSION, BOARD MEMBERS SOUGHT
The Town of Chino Valley is seeking applications to fill positions on several of its Council-appointed boards and committees. All applicants must be willing to serve on a volunteer basis and must reside within the Chino Valley Town limits, with some exceptions.

We are looking for citizens that are interested in assisting the Chino Valley Police Department with the development and organization of Neighborhood Watch Programs.
