Resolution 18-1120 Amending the Town of Chino Valley General Plan regarding the land-use designation for approximately 9.49 acres located approximately .25 miles west of the northwest corner of North Road 1 West and West Road 4 North, at 1460 West Road 4 North, from medium density residential land-use designation to commercial/multi-family residential land-use designation. Resolution 18-1123 Authorizing the submission of an application for FY2018/2019 State Community Development Block Grant Funds, certifying that said application meets the community's previously identified housing and community development needs and the requirements of the State CDBG Program, and authorizing all actions necessary to implement and complete the activities outlined in said application.
