The Work included in this Project consists of three parts including the removal of the existing asphalt pavement section, installation of phased asphalt and aggregate base, installation of 12” Class 350 Ductile Iron Water line, installation of 18” PVC sewer, and the installation of curb, gutter, and sidewalk along W. Perkinsville Rd Starting at AZ 89 and extending East to N Road 1 E. The Town is issuing this IFB to secure a qualified Engineering Contracting (Commercial) Class A Licensed Contractor to perform the Work and provide Materials as more particularly described in the Specifications attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference. Bidders must submit Bids encompassing the entire Project, inclusive of the related Plans, Specifications, related construction drawings and Reference Documents, if any. Failure to do so may result in a determination that the Bid is non-responsive.
